The Cisco Nexus 6004 switch accessory kit includes the following items:
• 1 lower left rack-mount guide
• 1 lower right rack-mount guide
• 2 upper rack-mount guides
• 2 lower rack-mount sliders
• 2 upper rack-mount sliders
• 24 M4 x 0.7 x 8-mm Phillips flat-head screws
• 1 console cable with an RJ-45-RS-232 adapter and a DB9 adapter
• 1 ground lug kit
• 1 ESD wrist strap
