Press [ ] or [ ] to select <FAX SETTINGS> ➞ press [Set].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <USER TEL NUMBER> ➞ press [Set].

Use the numeric keys to enter your fax/telephone number (max. 20
digits, including spaces) ➞ press [Set].
To enter a plus sign (+) before the number, press [#] repeatedly until it appears.

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <UNIT NAME> ➞ press [Set].

Use the numeric keys to enter your name (max. 24 characters,
including spaces) ➞ press [Set].

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.
