Currentprintjobsaretemporarilysavedinthejobqueue,astoragespacewherejobsaresavedinthe
ordertheywillbeprinted.(*1)
Uptotenjobscanbestoredinthequeue.Subsequentjobsaretreatedas"standby"jobs,tobe
processedwhenpossible.

•CommonBox
IfyouhavespeciedPrintastheformat,jobssentfromthecomputeraresavedintheCommonBox.
ThereisoneCommonBox,withtheCommonBoxnumber“00”.Apasswordcannotbesetforthe
CommonBox.
Upto100printjobscanbesavedhere,buttheywillbedeletedoneafteranotherstartingwiththe
oldestjobinthefollowingsituations.
•Iftherearemorethan101jobsintheCommonBoxandjobqueuecombined
•IfnomoretemporarystoragespaceisavailablewhenjobsintheformatPrintorPrint(auto
delete)arereceived
•Ifthereisnotenoughspaceinthetemporaryorpermanentstorageareawhenjobsintheformat

•PersonalBoxes
YoucanstorejobsinPersonalBoxesineitherofthefollowingways.
•BymovingajobstoredintheCommonBoxintoaPersonalBox
•ByselectingSaveinmailboxastheformat
ThereareninePersonalBoxes,withPersonalBoxesnumbered“01”to“09”.Youcanspecifyaname
andpasswordforeachPersonalBox.
Upto100printjobscanbesavedinallPersonalBoxescombined.
