Dial the other party’s fax number.
Ex:
• For dialling methods → p. 4-3.
• If you make a mistake, press 4 (–), or press Function → Delete to delete the last number. Or press
Function → Clear to delete all numbers you entered → enter the correct number.
• When you have to first dial a digit to get an outside line (“9”, for example), add a pause after that digit by
pressing Redial/Pause.

Press Start to begin scanning.

Set the next document on the platen glass → press Start to begin scanning.
• Repeat this step for other documents.

After all the documents have been scanned, press OK to begin sending.
• To cancel sending after dialling has started, press Stop/Reset → 4 (–). (→ p. 4-11)
• You can scan up to approximately 256 pages* for memory sending.
