AfterselectingtheprinterinChooserfromtheApplemenu,printbyusingmenusinthesourceapplication.

Important

•Werecommendexitingunnecessaryapplicationsbeforeprinting.Runningseveralapplicationswhile

printingmayinterruptthetransferofprintdataandaffectprintingquality.

Selectingtheprinter

Beforeprinting,youmustconrmthattheprinterisselectedinChooser.

Important

•Duringthissetupprocess,theprinterwillnotbelistedinChooserifitisoffordisconnected.

•Byfactorydefault,theAppleTalkprotocolisdisabledontheprinter.YoumustenabletheAppleTalk

protocolbeforeusingtheprinterinanAppleTalknetwork.ForinstructionsonactivatingAppleTalk

•InChooser,chooseGAROPrinterDriver.

•InDestination,chooseUSBiftheprinterisconnectedviaUSB,FireWireifconnectedviaIEEE1394,

theChooserwindow.
