Line Keys and Programmable Keys

Configuring an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Key

Use the following procedure to configure ACD on the 53i IP Phone.

1. Click on Operation->Programmable Keys.

or

Click on Operation->Expansion Module <N>.

2. Select a "Key 3" through "Key 6".

3. In the "Hard Key" field, select Automatic call distribution.

4. In the "Line" field, select a line to apply Automatic call distribution. Valid values

are 1 through 9.

5. Click to save your changes.
