Has anyone ever found a manual for the WHITE 1418 SEWING MACHINE?

5 When I wrote to White requesting a manual, this was their response. To download your free copy of your "White" manual, please follow these steps: 1) Go to www.singerco.com 2) From the "I am looking for" drop down menu, select "Instruction Manuals". 3) To find your particular manual, enter W and then your model number (W1418) in the search box. 4) Click on "Search". The manual is 31 pages, in pdf format.

4 I e-mailed the manufacturer and they sent it to me free. I found this manual. White 1418 x.pdf

4 Www.singerco.com had just what I needed. Thanks for the clear directions. WSL534 Now I'll look for manuals for some older machines that I own.

0 Time to knit is my hero! I've been trying to figure out how to thread my grandmother's sewing machine for 3 hours now, 1 fiddling with it and 2 trolling the web for white information! I tried the singer site over an hour ago, but didn't realize you have to put a 'w' first!

0 Trying to find an instruction manual for a Domestic sewing machine model#4400 serial# 0376, also has name White Consolidated Industries Cleveland, Ohio, also has Standard Sewing Equip Corp. listed 9938 The singerco.com tries to say it is an embroidery model. I don't think it is. Help please. The machine and portable case looks very clean and the motor sound new, not even broke in. It has 3 symbols L, M, R, and then A through I. Maybe it is an embroidery machine. Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, emiliarose2310
