troubleshooting...

need troubleshooting guide can it be jumped what is oms range for testing and do you need to remove a wire to do test ??? which one ?? NO WHITE IN THIS ONE.. HAVE WHITE ONE OUT SIDE TO CONTACTER

0 CALLED GOT HELP 24 VOLT TEST AND WHAT LEADS TO JUMP. IF NOT WORKING AND YOU JUMP IT AND IT WORKS REPLACE THE THERMOSTATE . WILL GET YOU TOLL FREE NUMBER TO CALL IT TOOK A WEEK .
