Question About White Rodgers Thermostat 1F86-344
The display is on but will not change when up / do...

The display is on but will not change when up / down button is pushed. Also there is a * (star like emblem at the bottom right on the display? Haven't noticed that before but maybe it has been there? Thanks -jimmy
