My thermostat –1F86-344--was working fine when I turned it off last spring. Now I’m unable to turn it on again. I’ve followed the instructions in the manual regarding settings. The system switch is in the "Heat" position. I've put in new batteries. However, the display remains blank and my furnace is not turning on. ( I have a gas furnace--Carrier 58MTB.) I’d appreciate help as soon as possible, as it’s getting quite cold. Could you tell me what I’m missing? Thanks Claire 412 724 3624
