is there a way i can turn the programming off and ...

is there a way i can turn the programming off and just have the heat on a fixed temp? i just want it to be 72 always, not just on the programmed hours

To manually operate the unit just set the system to heat then fan to auto, press the hold button one time then set the temp you want using the UP or the DOWN arrows.
