HAVE A FLASHING SNOWFLAKE...

THE UPSTAIRS THERMOSTAT IS NOT COOLING AT ALL BUT THE DOWNSTAIRS IS COOLING JUST FINE, I HAVE A SNOWFLAKE ON THE ONE UPSTAIRS IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN RESET THE THERMOSTAT TO GET IT TO START
