After being gone over summer, the keypad worked for a few times then quit opening the door. I replaced the batteries, and even though the keypad emist the 3 beeps after entering pin, it does not open the door. Could a lightning strike nearby disable the keypad in such a way that it does not send the signal? Push button works well apart from the keypad. John E
