I have a Nutone 580 skovill garage door opener that ran into something and will now not close all the way. There is about a 3 inch gap at the bottom when it is all the way down. How do I adjust it to close fully? Thanks.

0 I had the same problem (except it was open 2 feet!) and contacted the NuTone people. They sent me the manual and I was able to readjust everything so that it worked properly. I found this manual. 580_ins.pdf
