light is staying on all night. had switch on off, ...

light is staying on all night. had switch on off, at first it was on dusk to dawn but light stayed on all night . i thought turning it off light would stay on for 20 minutes then turn off.what setting if i want it to turn on when i walk in front of it then turn off in 20 minutes? thanks james
