My doorbell is wireless, 3 D-batterys in the chime...

My doorbell is wireless, 3 D-batterys in the chime. Is it possible to change the frequency of the unit???? The next door neighbor has one and they are on the same frequency. Ours rings when someone is at his door, and his rings when someone is at our door.
