Question About DeLonghi Dehumidifier DE 400P
not working properly...

it is not pumping any water into bucket, it just runs and there is plenty of moisture in my basement's air. Can't find my manual What can I do to correct? what setting should it be on?

0 check to see if your coils are freezing..had the same problem...continually ran and never shut off and didnt pull any moisture out of the air...for some reason the anti defrost system didnt work either...very unhappy with this unit..
