I need to reprogram the keypad and remote after someone disconnected the whole unit at the control pad. I reattached the wire that was dislodged but now can only open the door by the control pad in the garage, not by remote or by keypad. The manual says to press and hold a button on the unit, but I cannot find this button. Can you help?
