Question About Chamberlain Garage Door Opener 7220
Won't open completely...

(Chamberlain Securty + 1/2 HP chain drive model 7220) The door will stop within one foot of fully open.If I hit the button twice it will sometimes open fully. Sometimes the power fails, the button doesn't work and the lights don't come on. Five minutes later the power comes back on.
