Question About Chamberlain Door 655501
door won't completely open on the first click of the remote....

When I use my remote the door only goes up part way. I have to raise & lower the door several times before it will open completely. I had a new opener put in about 2 yrs. ago. What can I do to correct the problem? Is there an adjustment screw or anything like that which needs to be adapted or is off kilter? HELP

0 I have all new springs & bushings on the garage door so I don't know what the problem isl.
