Question About Carrier Air Conditioner 38CKB
My Carrier A/C compressor & fan unit cycles on/off...

My Carrier A/C compressor & fan unit cycles on/off normally for hours then, once or twice a day on starting, I hear a loud buzz and fan won't spin and breaker trips. Cap looks normal. What's causing the loud buzz and the breaker to trip? Fan motor & cap were replaced 6 years ago.
