ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before assembling, please review all instructions.
1. Carefully lay out all parts on fl at surface as shown in illustration.
2. Screw post (B) into the base (A) and hand tighten.
3. Next, Screw lamp upper assembly (C) into post (B) and hand
tighten.
4. Remove socket ring (F) from Socket (D). Fit lamp shade (E) onto
socket (D) and replace the socket ring (F). Hand tighten the socket
ring – do not over-tighten.
5. Carefully screw one 60 watt Natural Spectrum
®
light bulb (included)
into the socket.
6. Plug lamp into an appropriate outlet and turn on the dimmer switch
to the preferred brightness level.
7. Save the packaging in case you need to send the lamp to Verilux for
servicing.
