URS-2 Universal Rack Shelf
Cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, tempered glass panels and doors, and aluminum alloy corner posts. Astate of the art electronic control is used to maintain
accurate temperature/ humidity control as well as monitor and indicate the water reservoir level. This control features 6 pre-programmed temperature/humidity pre-
sets which can be used as factory set or reset for your specific needs. The unit is available in a single door or two door configuration which can be easily cleaned
and reversed if desired. The unit is supplied with a lighted on-off switch and a 6 ft. lead-in cord. Auniversal stationary rack, circular pizza rack or pretzel rack are
available for all units. Humidity cabinets approved by ULS, UL and CUL. Printed in the U.S.A.
