Pull the spool pin towards you.
Place thread spool on the pin and secure with a spool
cap to ensure smooth ow of thread. If the thread spool
has a thread retaining slit, it should be placed to the right.

HORIZONTAL SPOOL PIN
Placez la bobine sur la tige et xez-y un chapeau de
bobine pour assurer un débit de l bien régulier. Si la

Attach the spool pin and place a felt disc over it. Place a spool of thread on the spool pin.

PRESSER FOOT LIFTER
1. Lower the presser foot to sew.
2. Raise the lifter to the middle position to insert or
remove fabric, and to change presser foot.
3. Lift it to its highest position to accommodate
thicker fabrics.
There are three positions for your presser foot.
1. Abaisser le levier pour coudre.
2. Soulever le levier en position moyenne pour insérer ou enlever le tissu, et changer le pied.
