Standby Power
In order to operate the electrical circuits while the power plug is inserted in the
wall outlet, this product consumes about 0.3W of standby power.
For energy saving, unplug the power cord when the unit is not in use.
SYMPTOM REMEDY (not a malfunction)
Dust and smoke are not removed.
• Clean or replace the HEPA filter if they appear to be
heavily soiled. (Refer to E-11, E-12
)
A clicking or ticking sound is heard
from the unit.
• Clicking or ticking sound may be audible when the unit
is generating ions.
The discharged air has an odor.
• Check to see if the HEPA filter is heavily soiled.
• Plasmacluster Air Purifiers may produce a slight odor.
This is normal and is a result of the Plasmacluster Ions
refreshing the air.
