Combustible Mantels
Because of the extreme heat this fi replace emits, the mantel clearances
are critical. Combustible mantel clearances from top of the front facing
are shown in the diagram below. Mantel may be installed anywhere in the
shaded area or higher.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Combustible material can only be installed to the bottom
lip of the fi replace as shown below. The fi nished fl oor must
not come in contact with the front face of the fi replace.
Non-combustible material must act as a barrier between
the front face and fi nished fl oor.
Finished Floor
The maximum height that combustible fl oor can be
brought above the base of the unit is 3".
