Possible fault Solution
During the ignition process, the flame needs to touch the ignition safety control
so that it heats up. If the flames does not touch, check that:
– The burner is seated correctly.
– There is no soiling on the ignition
safety control.

The igniter does not spark.
Possible fault Solution
The circuit breaker has tripped. Re-set the circuit breaker. Contact an
electrician for assistance if in doubt.
Food has deposited itself between the

The flame appears different than usual.
