Specifications:
Materials: Chassis parts are die-formed 20 gauge steel. Louver (examination
light) – aluminum post painted white acrylic.
Reading light – low iridescence anodized 95% reflective, semi-specular
reflector.
Ambient light – flat white acrylic contoured steel reflector and perforated
steel mesh shield with white acrylic overlay.
Finish: Cavity (examination/reading/ambient lights) — flat white acrylic
interior, minimum reflectance 86%. Phosphate undercoating. Chassis
exterior — post painted white baked polyester powder. Louver (examination
light) W=flat white baked enamel 36 cell louver with a virgin acrylic overlay to
enclose all lamps. VA=.095" nominal thickness prismatic virgin acrylic overlay.
VI=.125" nominal thickness, pattern 12 acrylic lens.
Electrical: Thermally protected class “P” ballast C.B.M. approved, non PCB. If
K.O. is within 3" of ballast, use wire suitable for at least 90°.
