Note:
•Ceramic fiber logs are FRAGILE! Handle carefully to prevent breakage.
•Install volcanic stone and glowing embers BEFORE installing logs.
•To prevent sooting, make sure logs do not cover any burner openings.

NOTE: Install volcanic stone and glowing embers FIRST.
Step 1. Fit bottom slots of Rear Log (1) onto left rear log bracket
and rear bar of grate.
Right Rear Log Bracket
Glowing Embers
(Do not place glowing embers over burner openings.)
GrateVolcanic Stone
Fit onto left rear log bracket
and rear bar of grate.
Position against left front corner of grate.
Position against right front
corner of grate.
Position over Rear Log (1)
and against front bar of grate.
Position over Right Front Log (3);
then fit onto right rear log bracket.
MLBV-40 LOG PLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Step 2. Fit bottom slots of Left Front Log (2) onto left front
corner of grate.
Step 3. Fit bottom slots of Right Front Log (3) onto right front
corner of grate.
Step 5. Place Right Cross Log (5) over and behind Right Front
Log (3); then fit the bottom slot onto the right rear
log bracket.

the bottom slot over the center front bar of grate.
