CLEANING AND REPLACING
FILTERS
Filters must be cleaned from time to time
to remove the fine dust particles that have
been collected.
1. Remove the dust container from the
unit by pressing down on the “Press and
Lift” button

2. Then press the “Push to Empty” button.
The bottom of the container will
release. Take off the filter bracket by
holding onto the shaft and turning the
filter in an anti-clockwise direction and
the filter and its bracket will be released.
3. To remove the metal filter bracket,
simply lift it vertically. The filter bracket
can be rinsed in luke warm water.
Ensure you let the filter bracket
completely dry naturally before next use.
4. Shake and tap the HEPA filter until
all the fine dust particles are removed.
However, after approximately 6 months
the HEPA filter should be replaced.
5. To place the filter back in the dust
container simply place the metal filter
bracket directly over the HEPA filter,
ensure that the metal filter holder is
completely dry before use. Ensure that
the grooves on the HEPA filter holder
and metal filter bracket fit into place.
6. Simply place the filter unit in the dust
container lid and turn the filter unit in
a clockwise direction until it is clicked in
place. Close the bottom of the container.
7. Place the dust container back in the
vacuum cleaner for next use.
MOTOR PROTECTION FILTER
The motor protection filter must always
be in place when operating the vacuum
otherwise damage to the motor may
occur.
To replace the motor protection filter
- remove the dust container. The motor
protection filter is located at the bottom
of the inner chamber. Pull the filter
upward to remove then simply replace the
new filter.
EXHAUST FILTER
The exhaust filter should be cleaned every
six months. Simply unclip the grill at the
back of the vacuum cleaner and shake
and tap the filter to remove any dust
accumulated. Then relocate the filter and
reattach the grill.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Always switch appliance off, then switch
off at the power outlet and unplug the
appliance prior to cleaning or replacing
either filter.
To clean the outside of the unit, wipe the
exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Never
use an abrasive cleaner.
CHECK AND REPLACE BOTH
THE MOTOR PROTECTION
AND HEPA FILTERS
APPROXIMATELY TWICE
A YEAR OR WHEN VISIBLY
CLOGGED.
