The above is an illustration of how the
PermaLife™ air purification system works.
Dust and other irritants are pulled into the air
purification system and cleaned through the
Carbon Pre-Filter, PermaLife™ Filter, and by the
ionizer. Clean, purified air is then released into
the room through the top grill.

FILTER ORDERING
Your PermaLife lter and washable pre-lter
should never need to be replaced. Follow the
cleaning instructions in this manual for care.
Depending on usage and the environment,
your Carbon Pre-Filter should be replaced
every three months.
Replacement lters are available at most
retailers that carry Hunter Air Puriers. You
may also purchase directly from Hunter Fan

the upholstery brush over the cleanable filter
until all particles are removed from the filter.
An arrow indicating which side to clean is
present on the top of the filter.
Note: Filter discoloration is normal and will not
be removed by vacuuming. Do not attempt to
wash the filter as damage to the Filter or Air
Purifier may occur.
