Replace the temperature sensor
Replace outdoor main board

high pressure nitrogen or refrigerant to
blow out the pipes, vacuum and recharge
the refrigerant again
Clean the heat exchanger

condenser temperature is
more than 149°F (65°C)

outdoor ambient temperature is
higher than 122°F (50°C)
