7. TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING! Shock Hazard: To reduce risk of personal injury, unplug steam cleaner before
servicing.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The steam cleaner won’t run It is not properly plugged into the
wall outlet.
Plug in firmly.
There is no electricity in the wall
outlet.
Check the home fuse or breaker.
The on/off switch is not turned on. Push on/off switch to on.
Blown fuse/tripped breaker in
home electrical box.
Reset the electrical box circuit
breaker or replace fuse.
The accessories will not connect. The incorrect accessory is being
used.
Refer to Attachments section for
proper instructions.
There is a blockage in the guide
opening.
Remove debris from the guide
opening.
Clogged flexible hose. Remove obstructions.
An accessory will not disconnect
from the flexible hose.
The red safety pin is not being
pulled back.
Refer to Attachments for proper
instructions.
Steam cleaner sprays out water
from nozzle.
Water level in reservoir may be too
high.
Properly remove safety cap and
pour out excess water.
Steam cleaner not fully heated. Allow the steam cleaner to heat
the water.
