Usingthe dehumidifier.
Always makesure the water bucketis locked intoplace on the dehumidifier.
Removing Collected Water
Thereare2 ways to remove collectedwater:
[_ Usethebucket.When the bucket is removed,
the unit will shut off. Empty and replace
the bucket.
NOTE:Supportbucketwith
bothhandswhenemptying.
IMPORTANT"Donot use thehose ff using
the bucketto collect water. Whenthehose
is connected,water will flow through # onto
the floorinsteadof into the bucket.
NOTES:
[] Donotremove the bucket while the
dehumidifieris operatingorflit hasjust stopped
operating.Thismightcausesomewater to drip
fromthe drain pan.
[] Thebucket mustbe in place andsecurely
seatedfor the dehumidifierto operate.
[] Usea hose.Water can be automatically
emptied into a floor drain by attaching
a garden water hose (notincluded).
1. Removethe bucket from the front of
the unit.
2. Open the drain cover on the side of
the unit.
3. Threada garden hose (not supplied)
onto the nozzle,cut to length, and lead it
to the floor drain.

4. Replacethe bucket in the unit.
NOTE:Thebucketmust be inplace andsecurely
seatedfor the dehumidifierto operate.
Water Level
The dehumidifier will turn off automatically
when the bucket isfull, or when the bucket is
removed or not replaced in the proper position.
Thebucketmustbe replaced in the properposition
for the dehumidifierto work. Thelight will be on
and the dehumidifierwill notrun ff the bucketb not
in the properposition.
