cord before removing or working on the nozzle.
Replace Brushroll Belt
Step 1: Remove the 11 screws on the bottom of the power
nozzle. Flip the power nozzle back upright and remove
the hood (FIG. 9).
Step 2: Remove broken or worn brushroll belt. Pinch new
brushroll belt together and position new belt so teeth
engage cog pulley

on end of motor shaft (FIG. 10).
Step 3: Place the other end of belt around brushroll.Align left
end of brushroll into the base by rotating slightly until
brushroll end cap slides into place (FIG. 11).
Secure right end of brushroll into base.
Step 4: The brushroll belt is now installed.
Step 5: Reinstall hood.
Replace Brushroll Belt, PN 61429.
Brushroll
As the brushroll rotates, it sweeps and combs the carpet nap.
Remove hair and threads from the brushroll so it continues
brushing the carpet nap. Check brushroll occasionally for hair
or string that may have wrapped around dowel.Remove with
scissors.
When bristles have worn to about 1/4” in length, carpet cleaning
effectiveness will be reduced. It is time to replace the brushroll.
Follow the instructions in the brushroll belt section to open up
the power nozzle and replace the brushroll.

Paso 3: Ubique el otro extremo delacorrea alreded or
delcepillocircular.Alinee elextremo izquierdo delcepillo en
la base haciéndolo girar suavemente hasta queel
capuchón del extremo sedeslice al lugar correspondiente
(FIG. 11).
Fije el extremo derecho del cepillo a la base.
Paso 4: La correa del cepillo circular está instalada.
Paso 5:Vuelva a colocar la cubierta.
Remplace correa del cepillo circular, PN 61429.
Cepillo circular
A medida que el cepillo circular gira, realiza un barrido y
cepillado del pelo de la alfombra. Retire el pelo y los hilos
que se acumulan alrededor del cepillo para que continúe
cepillando la alfombra. Revise el cepillo con frecuencia para
ver si hay pelos o hilos enroscados alrededor de la espiga.
Córtelos con una tijera.
Cuando la cerda se haya gastado hasta una longitud de de
pulgada, la efectividad de la limpieza de la alfombra se verá
reducida. Es el momento de reemplazar el cepillo circular. Para
abrir el cabezal y cambiar el cepillo, siga las instrucciones
suministradas en la sección que indica como cambiar la correa
del cepillo circular
.
