Contact authorized dealer from whom you purchased this product. If they are unable to supply original re-
placement part(s), call the number on back of manual. When contacting your dealer have ready:
• Your name
• Your address
• Model and serial numbers of your heater
• How heater was malfunctioning
• Type of gas used (Natural Gas)
• Purchase date
Usually, we will ask you to return the defective part to the factory.
