•Always remove the plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and each time before it is cleaned.
Danger! Nominal voltage is still present in the appliance as long as the appliance is connected to the mains
socket.
•Switch the appliance off before disconnecting from the mains.
•Never use the cord to carry the appliance.
SPECIFIC SAFETY ADVICE
•Place the device on a flat and secure surface to prevent it from falling over.
•The device should be positioned at least 1m away from any other objects.
•Never cover the device or its cooling vents. They prevent overheating and thus also prevent fire. The device
must have at least 1m of free space in front of it and at least 50cm of free space behind it when in use.
•Do not use the device in rooms that are smaller than 4m2.
•Do not position the device in the proximity of flammable materials such as curtains, wood or ceilings.
•Do not use the device in rooms where you store flammable materials such as gas, paint, benzene, thinners,
etc.
•Do not position the device underneath a power outlet.
•The device may not be used in a bathroom, washroom or similarly moist environment.
•The device must always be standing upright when in use.
•Do not let children or pets play with the device. The temperatures around the warm air vent can exceed
80°C.
•Never touch the hot surfaces without protection.
•Keep the device clean. Do not insert any objects in to the device. This can cause electric shocks, fire or
other damage.
PRIOR TO FIRST USE
•Remove all packaging and store it for later storage of the device.
•Clean the device as described in Care and Maintenance.
OPERATION
•Place the heater on a flat, anti-slip surface.
•Connect the plug (5) to a suitable power supply.
•The heater can be operated at three different heat levels and one fan level.
Level 0 : Device is off
Level : Fan (not heating)
Level I : Low heat
Level II : Medium heat
Level III : High heat
•To turn on the fan, set the switch (4) to and turn the thermostat MIN / MAX (3) clockwise until the
control lamp (2) is turned on.
•To operate the heater you must do the following. Depending on the room temperature you can set the
desired heat level and then set the temperature using the thermostat. The thermostat must be turned
clockwise until the control lamp turns on.
•If you want to move the heater while it is in use, touch only the handle (1).
Adjusting the thermostat:
•Once the desired room temperature is reached you can turn the thermostat counter clockwise until the
control lamp turns off.
•The heater will now maintain this temperature by frequently heating and pausing.
•To turn the heater off, set the switch to 0.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
•If the heater overheats it will automatically switch itself off.
•Turn off the power by setting the switch back to 0 and pulling the plug. Wait a few minutes for the device to
cool down, then reconnect the power and turn it back on.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
•Please also abide by the Safety Advice.
•Pull the power plug from the power outlet.
•Allow the device sufficient time to cool down.
•We recommend that you use a vacuum cleaner to clean the ventilation openings. While doing so, you can
also remove any dirt from inside the device.
•Clean the casing with a dry cloth only.
•Store the device in its original packaging in dry location that is protected against water, moisture and dust.

Do not dispose of this product in the usual household garbage at the end of its life cycle; hand it
over at a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic appliances. The symbol on
the product, the instructions for use or the packing will inform about the methods for disposal.
The materials are recyclable as mentioned in its marking. By recycling, material recycling or other forms of re-
utilization of old appliances, you are making an important contribution to protect our environment.
Please inquire at the community administration for the authorized disposal location.

Before delivery our devices are subjected to rigorous quality control. If, despite all care, damage has occurred
during production or transportation, please return the device to your dealer. In addition to statutory legal rights,
the purchaser has an option to claim under the terms of the following guarantee:
For the purchased device we provide 2 years guarantee, commencing from the day of sale. During this period
we will remedy all defects free of charge, which can be demonstrably attributed to material or manufacturing
defects, by repair or exchange.
Defects which arise due to improper handling of the device and malfunctions due to interventions and repairs
by third parties or the fitting of non-original parts, are not covered by this guarantee.
