ifmanufacturingdefectsintheProductcausethe

limitationscontainedherein,COWAYatitssole
optionwillrepairorreplacetheProduct.
Decisionsastotheextentofrepairorreplacement
requiredwillbemadesolelybyCOWAY.
TheremedyunderthisWarrantyisavailableonly
forthatportionoftheProductexhibitingdefects
atthetimeofthewarrantyclaim.Thereplacement
ProductaswellasanyremainingoriginalProduct
willbewarrantedonlyfortheoriginaloneyear
warrantyperiod.Thislimitedwarrantyapplies
onlytoProductusedforanapplicationspecied
byCOWAYfortheProductandappliedinstrict
accordancewithCOWAYpublishedspecications
ineectatthetimeofapplication.IFPRODUCTIS
USEDFOROTHERTHANITSINTENDEDPURPOSE,
ITISSOLDASISANDWITHOUTANYEXPRESS
ORIMPLIEDWARRANTIES,INCLUDINGOF
MERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
