i havea problem with my dehumidifier not working. the bucket full light is flashing. what does that mean?

0 Dehumidifiers take moisture out the air, bucket full means you have to empty the bucket, suspect it full of water......

0 thank you but the bucket is empty, and the light is flashing. when the bucket is full the light is solid. still not working.
