how to hook garden hose to auto drain , it is not ...

how to hook garden hose to auto drain , it is not working anymore when I connect hose to the tube and insert tube into hole and then insert into the tube inside dehumidifier ., does not auto drain into hose anymore.

4 I have the manuel but directions are not clear regarding hooking up garden hose to auto drain it
