I have a 6500 BTU Zenith Window A/C Unit. I think the person who put it in for me didn't do a proper job or maybe there is something more that needs to be done. Of course, the manual went out with the box...It's dripping all over inside the house and I know it should be dripping outside. Is there something that needs to be removed from underneath so that it drips outside the house? The carpet is soaked!! Thanks
