My fan will not shut off except by shutting down with breaker, I have replaced the board, didn't work. Got another board still didn't work. Also electric element doesn't come on even in e heat mode. I still have heat as the outside unit works. Unit is approx. 3 years old.But weather is getting colder and need e heat at times as well, as fan working 24/7 is annoying. Thanks in advance
