York P2MPD14N08001G...

After 14 years, blower motoer for house started making nois & vibrating. Fan squirrel cage got loose at crimps, got out of balance, ruined motor. Purchased new motor at Grainger, new cage fan (plastic),, works great. Also, heater element for gas went out after 12 years.
