Question About York Furnace LY8S
thermocouple?...

Gas fires ofr about 30 seconds and stops. Took wght appears to be a thermocouple (41/8", long thinner than any I ve ever seen connected by a spade connecto rto a purple wire that goes back to the circuit board.) when I disconnected the device the same thing happened. Is this the culprit?
