my furnace is blowing cool air everything is worki...

my furnace is blowing cool air everything is working. Pilot light ignites furnace. Blower turns on. went I turned on free standing room heater on in room furnace turned off when room hit the temp\ on thermostate. why no heat furnace seem to cycle as it should. Furnace is was installed in 2011 by Kotz heating and cooling thank you for your help
