0 So you've powered the furnace off and then when powered on it automatically goes to a three blink code? When I'm troubleshooting a problem like that one of the first things I do is turn the thermostat down to 50 degrees or below to make sure the furnace is not being "told" to turn on. This isolates the problem for me. Upon power up if it goes into code with no demand then I'm thinking it's catastrophic and is either the control board or gas cutoff going to the unit or something along those lines. If it does not show a blink code until I adjust the thermostat to demand heat then I'm figuring it's got to be something regarding a monitored sensor or wiring issue (connectors, broken wire or somebody has been trying to fix the unit and screwed up the wiring). Let me know what you find out doing that and I'll try to check back on this board in a couple days.
