Blower motor replacement on furnace P1CCD16N09101A...

Blower motor replacement on furnace P1CCD16N09101A, Have problem removing blower fan motor, does it come out the front, inducer, tube blocking, will it need to come out the top? Also will i need to replce motor run cap? Fan motor ceased due to bent shaft from blower wheel out of balance.
