Question About York Air Conditioner 13 Series
York A/C unit will not start...

I have York A/C unit on my home. When I attempt to turn on the thermostat, the thermostat will click but not turn on. I tried it with the cooling system and heating. I check the breakers and they are all on.

0 is the power switch on to the unit?should be a red cover plate near unit.
