WARRANTY...

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE WARRANTY OF A HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT MODEL #FC35B3XNZH IT WAS PURCHASED LAST SUMMER,,,,WE ARE HAVING NO PROBLEMS WITH THE UNITES BUT HAVE RECIEVED A NOTE FROM THE INSTALLER THAT IS WE DO NOT PAY FOR AN ANNUAL INSPECTION THE 5 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WILL WILL BE VOIDED....THANKS FOR YOUR HELP KB
