Do not have a remote. Need to adjust temp...

I need to adjust the temp as the remote no longer works. i was hoping there would be some way to do it manualy. If any one knows where i can get a remote, could you let me know please. Universal remotes don't work. System is over 10 years old. tpedersen@aapt.net.au Thanks Terry
